Peer Support is available for children and teens who would benefit from mentorship, encouragement, and practical support from someone with lived experience. Our intake team will help confirm eligibility, explain coverage, and guide your family through the next step.

For children and teens up to age 18

Medicaid or Medicaid Managed Care required

Must meet program eligibility guidelines

Peer Support cannot duplicate other active services
